Waiting for a knobhead to turn up(sidedown)

Here is a cool selection of pictures which should be good for a chuckle. Some Asian photographer (can't be arsed to look up his name) thought it was a great idea to take advantage of the pouring rain and the big puddle of water that was covering up a big hole in the road.
